Thanks to those of you who read your emails a while ago and remembered that today was our special sharing today. I, on the other hand, completely forgot about it which is why I didn't send home a reminder! So, what we decided to do was to have some kids share today and some will share tomorrow. If your child was like me and forgot, he/she will have a turn tomorrow. Here are some of the things that were shared today...
We had a few minutes to create some chalk masterpieces this morning. There was the perfect balance of shade and sun and an abundance of "working together". Lovely.

Right before lunch, each class was asked to go out to the field to help remove the bark mulch from the grass. Our class worked together with the buddies that we walked to and from Sutherland with yesterday and Friday. We are going to get together on Friday with them again for a popsicle party to celebrate the connections that we have made with each other.
I sent emails out today informing families about overdue library books. If you didn't receive an email, that means that your child has no outstanding library books. If you did receive an email, please return the book(s) as soon as you can or contact Ms Lee for further information.
EduPac orders are making their way home. Some children brought theirs home today. Others didn't arrive until after school, those will be sent home tomorrow. I like to hand these to parents, if you don't usually drop off or pick up your child from school, please contact me and we can make other arrangements about how to send home the school supplies.
