Masterpieces and Sharing T Items

Here is our collaborative art project, all finished….breath taking!

Miss C taught us how to use non standard units of measurement to measure our height today.  We ran short on time, so we'll try again tomorrow.

One student brought in some tap shoes for T sharing and demonstrated some of her fancy tap dance steps…..so impressive!

some more T sharing

Here are our individual splatter paint masterpieces.  We thought an interesting exercise would be to see if you can figure which one your child created by looking at how the paint is splattered.  Some are very linear, some are very organic, some fill the whole page, some are more minimal, some use a deliberate colour pallet, some use all the colours.  The kids also chose the colour of background paper that the artwork is mounted on.  Have a look and then check our bulletin board in the morning (the names are printed in small printing on the bottom corner)

I will be away at a conference in Richmond tomorrow.  Miss C will be here with Ms Forrest and a teacher on call.  There's a good chance there won't be a blog post tomorrow, but I'll make up for it on Friday!  See you then.
