WE went to Loutet Farm this morning.
We looked at some strawberry plants and learned about the parts of the flower and talked a lot about pollinators.
Then we split up into two groups. One group went off to explore the greenhouse.
And the other went to do some weeding.
Fiona taught us how to loosen the soil.
Then we got started.
The greenhouse group learned about tomato plants and also how the greenhouse helps plants grow.
Then we switched groups.
Then, at the end of our visit, we did a big "pollinator" cheer.
