Fun, Sun and Sprinklers

Check out this cool girl!

I have a bottle of sunscreen (thanks PS's mom!) to use on kids throughout the day if needed.  It's Coppertone spray sunscreen.  I won't put it on kids' faces, just arms and legs.  If you do NOT want me to spray your child (that sounds terrible!), please let me know.  I am also asking the kids to wear their hats every time we go outside.  Please ensure that your child has that and water bottle here every day.

We had a ribbon ceremony.  Here are some very happy and proud kids!

On our way to the forest this afternoon, we had a happy surprise....the sprinklers were on in Loutet Park, so we took full advantage!

It felt soooooo good!

We spent the afternoon in the forest today.  First by ourselves and then our big buddies came and joined us.

We worked on creating natural art with our buddies.

Some sad news for our class.....
Friday is Miss Harstone's last day with us.  She just had her final evaluation and she is ready to go out and teacher her very own group of kids.  She has been such a wonderful part of out little family here and I know we are all going to miss her.  On Friday afternoon, we will be playing at Loutet playground from 2-2:45, having fun and celebrating Miss Harstone.  If any families would like to join us, you are more than welcome.

Wednesday is Fun Day.  As soon as I know the timeline, I will email that information home to you.  More information is coming soon.

Thursday is our Field Trip to The Artists for Kids Gallery.  If you have volunteered to drive, please check your email for more information.
