Snow Way!!

We started our day with some carol singing in the open area this morning.

And then THIS happened!!!

What a surprise! 

(I'm sure there are going to be lots of cold weather accessories tomorrow (gloves, hats etc).  Please, please, please make sure that everything is labeled with your child's name.  

We had an action aced afternoon with our big buddies.  We worked so hard on our sock snowmen.  I think they turned out so well!

Morning Carols

During this last week of school before the holidays, we are going to start each day by gathering with the other classes from this area of the school to sing Christmas Carols. We meet in the open area and sing together. Volunteers come to the front to lead the songs or play instruments.

Many of the kids in our class wanted to have a turn with the instruments.  A few kids were able to have a chance today, but I assured the rest of the kids that everybody who wants to can will have a chance sometime this week.

What a lovely way to start the day!
