First Day...

I little walk down memory lane....

these are the photos I took on our very first day together way back in September. Some were full of personality, for others it took some time for their true personalities to shine...but shine they did! It's startling to see how much all of the kids have grown and changed in 10 short months. They are taller, stronger, some have fewer teeth, some have bigger teeth, some are able to communicate more effectively, some are better able to express emotions and solve problems with friends. They have learned about so many things (too many to list). They have persevered and overcome challenges. They have set goals and worked hard to achieve them. They have formed strong friendships, gained confidence, and learned to work together as a team...no a family. They have laughed, giggled, and even cried. Each and every one of them is special and unique and wonderful, together they are unstoppable! It has been my extreme honour to spend these 10 months with this incredible group of people.
