Yesterday we had our second fire drill of the year. Once again, the kids did really well....just look at that line up!
Then after the fire drill, we went and explored the hail that had fallen just after recess. In some places it looked like it had been snowing!

There was so much great collaboration going on today. Many of the kids were working in groups to create something together. We played and played, everyone got along and worked together.
Then, after we finished some number printing practice (around a tree around a tree, that's the way to make a 3, and down and across and down once more, that's the way to make a 4), we had a few minutes to build patterns. I challenged the kids to create a pattern that I'd never seen before, this is what they came up with!
